From being a top performing recruiter to a top recruiting leader, Adam possesses more than 13 years of progressive growth within Kforce.

In his current role, Sr. Director of Delivery Transformation, Adam drives delivery and recruiting strategy for the Firm. He partners with field recruiters, leaders, and executives to identify business problems and leads cross-functional teams to craft solutions for measurable improvements.

His responsibilities include the optimization & standardization of process, innovative tool evaluation, playbook design, and change management. These efforts impact all business units within Kforce. Adam holds a BA in Sociology from Auburn University.
