Kate is Commercial and Legal manager at Austin International supporting both Austin Fraser and Austin Vita. Kate provides commercial and legal advice and support to their UK and US teams and manages the UK Contractor Care team. Although relatively new to the recruitment industry, joining in 2018, Kate has used her external knowledge and experience to help drive improvements across the business. Kate's main focuses are compliance and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Austin International, Kate had a varied career including working as a Distraint Officer and manager for HMRC. She returned to education as a mature student to complete her Law Degree and the Legal Practice Course. She went on to provide legal support to local authorities and advised a SaaS company prior to joining the Austin International team.
