With over a year of leadership in this role, Tommy is at the forefront of transforming talent acquisition by prioritizing and measuring talent quality, turning it into a competitive differentiator.

Prior to that, Tommy was the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of COMPAS Technology (acquired by Avionte) which was a full front and middle office software solution for staffing and corporate employers.

He started his staffing career at Apex Systems and then Cypress HCM where he grew passionate about building solutions for the industry.
