Cecilia Merrill has been in healthcare staffing for 7.5 years, beginning her career as a recruiter and then moving into a sales manager role. She joined CrossMed a year ago as the Director of Operations. Her goal is to always create efficiencies for the internal teams at CrossMed – keeping sales a focus is a priority in making any and all changes.

Cecilia has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management. She is from a small town outside of Omaha, NE. She and her husband Dirk have 3 young kids that keep them busy.
