Eric began his staffing career with Cell Staff over 8 years ago. In his 8 years with the company, Eric held the title of Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, Director of Staffing Solutions, and now Vice President of Talent Management & Operations.

In his current role, Eric oversees all things production/candidate experience for both internal and external candidates. From driving production on the recruitment floor to ensuring candidates receive a white glove experience throughout the credentialing process, Eric takes pride in making sure all Cell Staff candidates get a unique experience. In his time with the company, Cell Staff won numerous staffing rewards, including 2023 SIA's Best Company to work for, and Best Company to temp for.
