Sobre Ericka Hyson

Ericka Hyson is President of WorkN, and brings over 21 years of combined experience as both an executive in the staffing industry and CX-tech industry. She has incredible passion and drive for leadership, innovation, building world class service organizations, and leveraging mobile- first technology to deliver incredible customer experiences. Hyson is a three time honoree of Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 100 - Women in Staffing list, which recognizes and honors women around the globe who are thought leaders, who share a passion for promoting and shaping talent, and who are key influencers in the staffing industry.

Ericka has been honored by the Charlotte Business Journal with a 2018 Women in Business Award and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Technology Association and volunteers for the ASA’s Women in Leadership Council, global non-profit Girls in Tech, and non-profit All-in to Fight Cancer. Ericka is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and resides in Boulder, CO.
