In 2013, Jonathan leveraged his 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and extensive knowledge in business development with operations to co-found TalentNet. His ability to help large industry leading companies utilize their brand and data to attract, manage and deploy talent has led TalentNet to becoming the most reliable and influential SaaS based platforms to enable direct sourcing. Jonathan has been instrumental in driving forward a consolidated approach to the contingent staffing marketplace, which constitutes a significant shift from the well-established talent attraction model commonly used today.

Prior to TalentNet, Jonathan founded one of Canada’s largest recruitment companies which continues to receive recognition as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies since beginning operations in 2004.
