Triparna Samaddar is currently Vice President – Retail Solution & Value Added Services at Quess Corp. She is an experienced professional with 18+ years of experience in FMCG, Mobile, Automobile, Retail and Managed Services Industry with market leaders (P&G, Samsung, Tata Motors, Quess Corp).

She has immense expertise in managing end-to-end Retail Operations, Field Force, Key Accounts, Distributor, Channel Sales (Modern Trade & General Trade), Direct Marketing, After Sales Service, Training, Vendor Management, and Mobile Application. She has a good understanding of different markets and consumers. She has immense experience in driving business fundamentals, leading and working across teams (internal, external & cross functional), process improvements, end-to-end activity design, planning and execution.

She has been instrumental in pioneering and executing breakthrough projects & craft the success stories for the different organisations she has worked for. Triparna secured her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from SP Jain, Mumbai. She is a double Gold Medallist in her BE in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She is fond of driving, gardening, crafts and sports like swimming & been a national level rower.
