Dan Finnigan has over twenty-five years of experience launching and growing internet businesses. Starting out as a newspaper reporter, Dan transitioned into the hiring industry, serving as an early board member of CareerBuilder.

He went on to lead Yahoo HotJobs in the early 2000s before spending a decade as CEO of Jobvite. Dedicated to technical innovation within the hiring field, Dan joined skills-based technical hiring platform Filtered in March 2022 as CEO. Dan received a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Economics from the University of California, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School.
