Lawrence Dearth has spent the last 12 years at Insight Global where he is currently the President of Recruiting. In his role Lawrence oversees Insight Global’s 1,500 recruiters across all industries. His organization is responsible for all candidate recruitment, placements, and consultant management resulting in over 80,000 placements annually.

He is also responsible for technology enablement of Insight Global’s recruiting organization serving on internal leadership roles such as the IG Digital Transformation Executive Committee and is the ESG Executive Sponsor over Sustainability. Lawrence started as an entry-level Recruiter at Insight Global and has held 9 roles across sales, recruiting, and national accounts throughout his career.
