Archar is an Engagement Lead and Head of Alliances for Monument Consulting where he acts as Project Sponsor/Lead on large consulting projects within the contingent labor space and heads up Monument’s alliance strategy. These projects range from Advisory Services offerings to VMS Implementations. Archar has held a variety of leadership roles within the industry including global experience with MSP/RPO/Recruiting operations/delivery as well as a variety of technology providers (Vendor Management Systems and Application Tracking Systems).

He has over 25 years of progressive experience within the Talent Management/Human Capital space across all facets of provider solutions, ranging from sales, implementation and delivery functions and has led large teams and excels at driving productive client relationships.
