I graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Public Relations. After a few years of working in the banking and mortgage industry, I started working for Aston Carter (formally Aerotek) in May 2011. I began my career recruiting in Aerotek's Professional Services Division where I specialized in placing best fit candidates in customer service, administrative, clerical, and accounting & finance skill sets.

I have served on Aerotek's Central Region Diversity & Inclusion Board for nearly 4 years, as well as the Eastern Iowa Employee Resources Group Consortium and a 5-year member of Junior League of Cedar Rapids where I held multiple committee chair positions.

In 2020 I was then promoted into the Strategic Account Executive Role where I have since partnered with our largest and most strategic customers in building out both staffing and services solutions.

I have partnered with customers in the insurance and business services with a focus on high volume call center engagements. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to serve large customers by building out strategic solutions. It's an amazing feeling knowing that we can impact the lives of so many individuals all while help businesses achieve their goals.
