Co-founder of Jump Advisory Group with a track record of driving the acceleration of revenues and profitability within recruitment, for over 30 years. A well-known figure in the UK recruitment industry in the North of England and Scotland.

He is a former board Director of Computer People, Adecco Technology (CP & Spring), Evolution, Robert Half and Larson Group. He has also been a regional Chair for APSCo. He is an awarding winning leader, who is a regular speak at the UK recruitment Expo’s.

Howard’s belief is people first. His skills are focused on leadership and development and his success is founded on motivating, training, and mentoring employees, executive leadership teams and business owners to exceed beyond their ambitions.
