Our Story: Founded in Bentonville, Arkansas, in 1994 as the Walmart Suppliers’ First Choice in Recruiting, CSA helped establish hundreds of consumer goods teams dedicated to sales, marketing, analytics, supply chain and finance support for Walmart, and we continue to lead the CPG industry almost 30 years later. In 2007, CSA expanded to recruit nationally for vendors selling to all major retail and grocery accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, Home Depot, and Amazon. Our experience with multiple consumer goods hubs and ability to fill a variety of recruitment needs allows companies to utilize CSA as a one-stop solution and trusted talent advisor for critical roles across the United States. Who We Are: CSA consists of 26 skilled recruiters, and support staff who work collectively to provide best-in-class talent as quickly as possible.
