Serving as a subject matter expert, Ray helps staffing firms and HR tech platforms develop go-to-market sales strategies, for both pre and post revenue stage organizations, both in the US and Europe.

Prior to entering the consulting space, Ray held leadership roles with Scout Exchange, Randstad NA and ManpowerGroup NA, where he was instrumental in creating, and leading, national and global MSP Sales Channels.
