What They Do

BGSF operates through two main divisions. The Professional Division places IT, finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative workers, including managed services teams for project-based work. The Property Management Division staffs multifamily, apartment, and commercial real estate roles, from property managers and maintenance technicians to leasing consultants and groundskeepers. They offer both contract and permanent placements across 47 states and 7 countries.
