Do my clients need to create an account?

No. They get a magic link. Click and they're in. No signup, no password, no app. You can add password protection for sensitive roles if needed.

How long does setup take?

Most agencies send their first branded submission within an hour. Upload your logo, connect Bullhorn in 15 minutes, and you're live. No data migration required.

What if my clients prefer email?

They still get an email. It just contains a link to the portal instead of a PDF. From their side, the only difference is what they see when they click. Most clients prefer it within a week because the experience is faster than downloading and opening attachments.

Can I customize stages and internal workflow?

Yes. Rename stages, add new ones, remove what you don't use. Stages sync to your ATS. You can also set up internal handoff notifications so account managers know when candidates are ready to submit.

What analytics do I get?
