Do you consider Online Staffing Platforms as a threat to your current business? What advice would you give to a staffing operator to stay competitive with new Online Platforms entering the staffing market?
Not at all. The best way to be competitive in the market with new Online Platforms entering the staffing market is to be really active on the Social Media platform like LinkedIn and to attend all the Conferences that are related to the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. Now a days all the companies do target such kind of conference to launch the platform as that gives them a large set of audiences.
What is your view on remote work in staffing?
Remote working is a great option for now, but I don’t think that it is going to be a successful one in the long run or going to be in place in the upcoming days as slowly but steadily employees are getting bored and the work life balance is getting hampered. Most of the time while working remotely you end up working for a longer duration and also you are not getting to co-ordinate with the team mates as freely as you were doing while working onsite. So, until everyone gets vaccinated, I think we should stick with remote work.
