How long does it take to connect Candidately to Bullhorn?

Do I need to contact Bullhorn to get started?
No. Candidately connects directly via Bullhorn's API. You don't need Bullhorn's permission or assistance to set up the integration.
Does my data leave Bullhorn?
Your data stays in Bullhorn. Candidately reads from your Bullhorn instance and writes notes, statuses, and files back. We don't migrate, copy, or store a separate version of your ATS data.
What if my Bullhorn data is messy?
That's the point. Candidately's AI is built to work with real-world data, including misspelled titles, outdated CVs, missing fields, and inconsistent formatting. The messier the data, the more value you get from semantic search over Boolean.
Does it work with Bullhorn Automation (Herefish)?
Yes. You can use Bullhorn Automation webhook triggers to kick off Candidately list automations. Webhooks need to be enabled in your Bullhorn Automation account first (contact Bullhorn support if they're not).
Is pricing tied to my Bullhorn user count?
No. Candidately pricing is based on Candidately users, not Bullhorn seats. If you have 20 Bullhorn users but only need 5 on Candidately, you pay for 5.
What happens if the Bullhorn connection drops?
Auto-reconnect restores the connection automatically. If you've saved your Bullhorn credentials in settings, the system handles token refreshes without any manual action.
Can I map custom Bullhorn fields to Candidately?
Yes. Any Bullhorn field (standard or custom) can be mapped to a Candidately field. This includes salary, availability, compliance fields, certifications, and anything else your team tracks in Bullhorn.
