How long does it take to set up Candidately?
Most agencies are live within a few days, not months. Candidately works on top of your existing ATS, so there is no data migration, no system replacement, and no disruption to your current workflows. Your team connects their Bullhorn instance, and the AI indexes your existing candidate database. From there, recruiters can start searching with natural language and formatting resumes immediately.
Which ATS systems does Candidately support?
Candidately's primary integration is with Bullhorn, the most widely used ATS in the staffing industry. The integration is deep - syncing candidates, jobs, submissions, and activity in real time. Support for additional ATS platforms is on the roadmap. If you use a different system, reach out and we will let you know the timeline.
Do I need to migrate any data to use Candidately?
No. Candidately reads directly from your existing ATS database. Your candidate records, notes, submissions, and history stay exactly where they are. There is nothing to export, import, or move.
